Evangelisation
We have a group of Wonderful Year 10, 11 and 12 students who have volunteered to be part of an amazing experience called “Through our Eyes”.
In this experience students will visit in groups of two or three, a resident from one of our local Catholic Care of the Aged Homes, inviting them to share their life story. The project culminates in the students creating a published memento of the older person’s story. These are published works are presented to their older friend and their family at the end of the project (early in Term 3).
On Tuesday we had our orientation at Maryknoll and next week will begin this lovely journey for our students and their older friend.
